- For any Cancellations or rescheduling PLEASE TEXT 951-741-9374 - A valid card on file is required to schedule, you will not be charged until check out. - Cancellations + Rescheduling MUST be done with a 24 hour notice, to avoid being charged. Failure to comply will result in 50% of service cancellation fee. Cancellation fee must be paid in order to schedule again. - No Shows & Same Day Cancellations will result in being charged 100% of the service. Your card on file will be charged accordingly. You will not be able to schedule again until that fee is paid. - Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of your appointment time. Gloss Genius will send you a confirmation 72 hours before your scheduled date / and time. -10 minute grace period. At the 10th minute from your appointment; with no communication consider the appointment canceled. You will be charged the no-show fee.
